Higher salary only if you are a manager
The we have so many issues with management. Someone is good in research or technical position, no way to get higher salary unless doing some management. But he/ she is not even interested in. Passing more for doing less quality work.
Helpless in helping others around the globe
War, natural disasters,…you are being ignorant selfish individual, not caring about the world. You want to help but you do not know how. Many organisations are helping- in a way. But helping who? So many trusts were broken and left you helpless when you want to help. Yes, I want to. But who can I trust? Money makes the world go round, right? That’s why there are so many organisations fighting for the same cause. If this would be a true value - the purpose of initiative it could be only one. Illogical society.
Who will you trust your money, your clothes that are going to be delivered to people in need? At the end you have to decide to be ignorant selfish bastard that does not care what is happening in the world “I can not change anything” or feel frustrated because you are so powerless and you know how very dirty is this society.
Green with electricity
As a biologist and ecologist by formal education I was so passionate about the green initiatives. Yes, lets go and rebuild all the roads, buildings, installations,.. all the infrastructure. With age I realised, I am using all of that. It is part of my life. Therefore, restricting something is for sure not the solution to go. We need to find balance and stop spoiling people. Make planet more green - plant plants
Not that simple. Introducing invasive species to local habitat, you are not doing anyone any favour. We should specialised people or limit the selling of specific plants in specific area. Be strict. Everything is just written on papers but lesss being implemented in our daily lives. At the edge of logic.
Live in own shit
You know the feeling when you go for a walk in the woods and you are amazed bout the beuaty of nature. You swim in the lake and admire how transparent is the water and you can count all the pebbles at the bottom. Wake up - this is not reality. Go, put your swimming goggles on and jump in lake, sea and observe. Plastic and other dirt. Go for a walk into the forest and observe - people garbage everywhere. I always asked myself do people really admire their own shit that much that they are missing it in the nature and have to leave their mark everywhere? Praising your shit and footmarks, praising what kind of dirty bastard you can be. Welcome to edge of the logic.
